POLICIES & RULES

The following rules will strictly apply on each individual and group of people visiting the property of Paradiso, failing which immediate expulsion of that individual or the entire group will take place:
  • 1. The entry time will be 9 am till 6pm only for picnic goers. People opting for night stay will be covered by a separate set of rules.
  • 2. The car parking or vehicle parking will be at owners risk and shall be done free of cost inside the plot.
  • 3. The personal belongings will be the sole responsibility of the visitors and they will have to keep them with themselves at all times. In case of any loss of such things, the management of Paradiso shall not be held responsible.
  • 4. In case of any mishap or un foreseen incidence involving the safety and well being of visitor/visitors like injury due to fall, insects etc bites, drowning or lightening strike happens, the management of Paradiso shall not be held responsible.
  • 5. The code of conduct of the visitors has to be very decent and law abiding at all times. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at all times. Shouting, loud music, fast driving, quarrelling, in decent behaviour, womanising, indecent dressing, fire arms display and shooting, destruction of property of Paradiso, arguments with Paradiso staff and local villagers is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate expulsion with no refunds and police action if warranted.
  • 6. Cooking of food is allowed but no spilling, dirtiness, littering etc is allowed. If food is purchased, immediate money has to be paid. No refunds will be allowed.
  • 7. No refunds will be allowed in case of cancellation of bookings under any circumstance. No bookings will be registered before full payment of charges.
  • 8. The decision of the management in all matters will be final and binding.
  • 9. After the visiting hours all visitors will have to leave the premises of Paradiso along with their belongings and vehicles.
  • 10. If the number of guests of other group also have arrived when the registered visitors are visiting, then proper decorum has to be maintained in matters of waiting for a boat ride, food, nature walk, river crossing, bathing and management assistance. The decision of management will be final and binding.
